A development conceived in 2002 as part of Truro’s Master Plan for the site which now incorporates the Library, Community Center, Council on Aging, and the Puma Park Playground.
16 rental homes at Sally’s Way Truro will be developed and managed by CHR under a land/lease designated developer agreement contract with the Town of Truro.
Infrastructure construction for residential development was completed in December 2011.
On May 9, 2012, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts announced that CHR was awarded $1.5 million in DHCD housing subsidies for the construction of Sally’s Way. It is expected to create 29 construction jobs. Anticipated construction start date is Fall 2012 with occupancy in 2013.
Sally’s Way will consist of:
3 – 3 Bedroom Homes
9 – 2 Bedroom Homes (1 will be handicap accessible)
4 – 1 Bedroom Homes
